Kyle Alcott is a visual training and manufacturing personnel development specialist and an award-winning graphic journalist currently based in Perham, Minnesota. From March 2018 to July 2021, Kyle developed and implemented processes and visual training programs for Shearer's Snacks in Perham, MN. In his 18-year newspaper career, he covered an array of topics such as China's efforts to combat climate change for China Daily; visually detailing the construction of the massive display at The Dallas Cowboys’ stadium in Arlington, Texas for The Dallas Morning News; explaining how proton radiation therapy works for The Florida Times-Union in Jacksonville, Florida; and rendering detailed 3D models of planes flown at the Fargo AirSho for the The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead.
